දෙහිවල - ගල්කිස්ස මහ නගර සභාවේ ගිනි නිවීමේ ඒකකය සඳහන් කළේ, පවතින තත්ත්වය සැලකිල්ලට අරගෙන, කොළඹ ගිනි නිවීමේ ඒකකයේ සහාය ද මේ ගින්න නිවීම සඳහා ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරමින් සිටින බවයි.
